Cierra York<\/strong> has been promoted to Managing Director of The Colonial Group<\/strong>. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, Cierra joined the organization in 2005 and has built a career spanning all levels of the wholesale insurance business, with a strong focus on business development. Following her appointment as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2023, she now leads The Colonial Group\u2019s profit center with a passion for growth, collaboration and opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of Bridge Specialty Group\u2019s recent acquisition of One80 Intermediaries, we are pleased to welcome Celeste Albert<\/strong> and announce her promotion to Managing Director of Equity Partners<\/strong>. Since joining Equity Partners in 2010, Celeste has served in multiple leadership roles, including leading underwriting teams and managing carrier relationships. Under her leadership, Equity Partners continues to build on its expertise supporting main street coastal business along the Gulf Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jerrold Olinger<\/strong> has been promoted to Managing Director of Tim Parkman, Inc. (TPI)<\/strong>, where he leads the Clinton, Mississippi profit center overseeing both personal and commercial lines. Jerrold began his career at TPI in 2009 and has held several key roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting. His experience and steady leadership position the team for continued success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We congratulate Khalia Starr<\/strong> on her promotion to Regional Team Resources Partner<\/strong>.
