London, UK, 4 November 2025 <\/strong>\u2013 Bridge Specialty International (BSI) today announces an expansion of its business with the appointment of a new Transactional Liability leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charles Russell has joined as Managing Director of Transactional Liability. Charles brings over 13 years of industry experience, specialising in Warranty & Indemnity and Tax insurance. He joins from Gallagher where he served as Head of Transactional Risks within the Specialty business for eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hollie Markham and Jack O\u2019Flaherty, both also previously Gallagher, will join as Executive Directors. Their appointments further strengthen the Transactional Liability leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These hires underscore Bridge Specialty International\u2019s commitment to building a leading specialty broking business by attracting top-tier talent and investing in high-growth areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
